'Mist Lifting'

This image was painted in the beautiful Harbour of Loughshinny, Co. Dublin, on the East Coast of Ireland. It was sketched sitting  in my car, and finished later in the studio. Starting off you could barely see the boats, but as the sun rose it eventually 'burnt off' the mist.
